Delete Your Account & Data

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your My County account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account from within the app and what data will be removed or retained.

Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the My County app:

Open the My County app Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile Tap the profile icon or your avatar at the bottom navigation bar.

Tap the Settings ⚙️ icon Found at the top-right of your profile page. A menu will slide up.

Select "Delete Account" Tap the red Delete Account option at the bottom of the menu, confirm in the dialog, and your account will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account, profile, and personal data cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.

Send your deletion request to: patricksirma25@gmail.com

Subject: My County Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address and Google account name.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

In limited circumstances, certain data may be retained after account deletion for legal or safety compliance purposes:

All retained data is kept securely and used only for the stated legal purposes.
